One game away from the Super Bowl....

...next Sunday, the 49ers play the Giants at Candlestick, for the NFC Championship and a trip to the Super Bowl for the first time since 1994.  Yeah, we've been that bad for that long...
Actually, the last time the Niners were in the Playoffs was 2002, but pfffttt...nothin' happened.  This year...THIS YEAR....

(Incidentally, it WAS fun to watch the sports commentators stumble around and grudgingly admit the Niners accidentally really won the game this weekend.  But honestly, they still aren't really giving them a whole lot of credit or chance next weekend! I'm pretty sure the 49ers could win 10 Super Bowls, back-to-back, and they'd still be pulling for Green Bay...or...and this makes me NUTS....the Steelers.)
